Virginia Jr. was named after her mother, Virginia “Pepper” Potts, and her birth wasn’t exactly planned. Pepper and Tony had been going through a rough patch after their divorce. But when Pepper told Tony she was pregnant, they decided to work through their problems. The pregnancy came as quite a surprise to her parents, though it wasn’t a planned one they welcomed it with open arms. Virginia Jr.’s birth was a bit of a weird one, the doctor’s could never predict her gender precisely or when she would be born. The doctor’s, and Tony, had been certain she would be a boy and Tony made room for a boy in their home. While they were on a business trip in Australia, Pepper suddenly had some unexpected contractions but waved them off as a false alarm. She didn’t believe she was going into labor until her water broke on Tony’s private jet, which caused a big panic since nobody knew how to really deliver a baby. Tony decided to ‘wing it’ and deliver the baby on the jet. Of course, this made Pepper panic even more but she got through it. She would be lying is she said that Tony wasn’t disappointed when they found out their baby was a girl. Through the years, Tony and Pepper became very protective of their daughter, Tony barely approved of her speaking to the opposite gender but Pepper would tease him when he showed it. The day before she turned 15, her parents had a large and loud fight over Tony almost getting killed again. Virginia Jr. absolutely hated listening to her parents fight and was afraid they were going to split up so she ran away. She started going by her middle name, Corissa, instead of Virginia Jr. and refused to tell anyone her last name in fear of being returned home to a split up family. It’s been about two and a half years since then and she’s a newly turned 17 year old girl who has no idea how she should return home.
